When we think about extraordinary power in Scripture, Moses is one of the first names that comes to mind.

Through him, the Red Sea parted.
A nation was delivered.
Water flowed out of a rock in the wilderness.

These were undeniable demonstrations of divine power.

But behind all of this was a deeper secret—intimacy with God.

Moses was not just a leader; he was a man who knew God personally. Scripture describes a relationship so close that God spoke with him “face to face.” That kind of connection is rare, but it reveals an important truth: power flows from presence.

Many people desire visible power, influence, and impact. Yet, few are willing to cultivate the quiet, consistent relationship with God that sustains it.

The truth is simple but profound—you cannot carry the power of old if you do not pursue the presence of old.

Intimacy with God is built in the secret place—through time in His Word, prayer, worship, and stillness. It is in those unseen moments that strength is formed, direction is received, and authority is established.

When your relationship with God is strong, your life naturally becomes a vessel through which His power flows.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, draw me into deeper intimacy with You. Help me to seek Your presence above all else and to build a consistent relationship with You. Let my life be a reflection of Your power as I walk closely with You, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
